CaseMCP in ChatGPT

A firm connects their case management system once and gets a URL they paste into ChatGPT. This walkthrough reads the firm’s own field schema, builds a source-linked case brief, writes a note back, and declines to write when the target matter is ambiguous.

What you are looking at

The firm’s own schema. Case management systems are configured per firm, so CaseMCP reads the real field names and picklists rather than guessing from a generic schema.
Answers with sources. Case briefs link back to the underlying record wherever the system gives us one, so an attorney can check the answer rather than trust it.
Writes are opt-in. Write access is off by default and is granted one capability at a time by the firm. A capability the firm has not granted means the tool is absent, not present and refusing.
